I would like to see the 4 digit versions for certain, even if it means
adding an unofficial repository to sources.list.
Do you use revision control for the debian/ directory? If so, then
perhaps you can keep a branch for the current stable release, and
maintain the head revision for the current pre-release (4 digit) version
of TeXmacs.
