If you have trouble using this way, you also could use any given text editor
(notepad, wordpad, emacs, vi, whatever) to stitch the ASCII sources from the
different .tm files into one. The tags for the surrounding stuff are pretty
self-explanatory I think (at least I never had trouble with this).
