1. The TeXmacs interface currently works only with psl reduce, not csl 
reduce. Is redpsl in your $PATH?

2. Have you inserted the line

lisp << if getenv("TEXMACS_REDUCE_PATH") then load tmprint >>$

into your ~/.reducerc? (see 
/usr/share/TeXmacs/plugins/reduce/install/reducerc).
