Without loading tmprint, the interface clearly will not work. In the directory containing all packages I have

tmprint.red

The file package.map in this directory contains the line

(tmprint "tmprint" csl psl)

If this is not the case for you, there is a problem with your reduce. I check the source out of svn, do some small adjustments and compile it; don't know about reduce packages.
