Thank you.
Following the bug report, to test, I ran this line as a scheme expression:

(tmfs-string->url "file/D:/Users/z3480510")

What I got was this line in the status bar of texmacs:

<url file>

Is this indicative of an active (i.e. not fixed) problem?
