Dear Daniel,

Not sure if that helps, but I encountered the situation you describe with a mathematica session on macOS. The solution/workaround was to start texmacs from the command line (not by double clicking its icon). If run from terminal, the environmental variables are set in a different way which in my case solved the busy message problem.

Best,
Peter

Hi All,

I'm trying to use the TeXmacs-Reduce interface to no avail.

I always get a Busy.. message, and when I try to issue a Reduce command nothing happens and I also get a Busy.. message before the command

I'm using Windows 10 64 bits.

Thanks,

Daniel Volinski
