That is an old story, their main argument is that TeXmacs do not support the last versions of Guile. This will change soon, I hope. But you are right and I tried some times to had TeXmacs included in the list.

Because the official format of GNU documentation is texinfo format. We should implement a converter for that, but this is not yet done.
i precize that for me this page is not comprehensible, too technical- here there are plenty of links, but half of them gives a 404 error :

I think TeXmacs should have a blog, a place where to put some material produced by users, like the description of some experiences, some hints, recipes, etc.. Selected maybe out of the forum or the mailing list. This would help us to gather all this disparate information in a single place.
Alvaro, Miguel: are you still around? do you have suggestions on which software to use to set up and maintain a (static) blog easily?
