Dear Marc,
I think the answer of Alexandre is a starting point. You have to be sure
these people have a 'not too old' version of LaTeX installed (MikTeX 2.9
seems to work) and a working Python.

In order to understand better what is the problem it would be useful to have
some more details on why is not working...
