Hi,

under windows 10 pro and with 1.99.14 windows version : python, tikz and maxima work out of the box. Mathsage doesn't even appear int the session menu.

I find this version of texmacs for windows faster than the older one my colleagues installed or is it a self-convincing thought :) ? Really glad to be able to work with texmacs, python and tikz under windows. I think these features will please my colleagues.

make the very Python plug-in itself work.  I just (revision 13122) made
the Python detection more systematic for all plug-ins that you mention,
so it would be interesting to check whether they become available
at the next release.
