mailing-list for TeXmacs Users

hello Joris

i have sometimes people, among my students, or on the facebook group "agrégation de mathématiques" which i administrate, who start using TeXmacs following my advices. I dont say plenty of people but it is regular. On the Sesamath mailing list of french math teacher also some people seem sometimes interested. Well that's far from a guarantee but my feeling is we can take the little risk that's why i put this idea on the forum

for yoru second question, my opinion is opening the list to all francophon users, not only teachers, the point is, according to me, that beginners and beginners' questions should be welcome

Of course, we can potentially host such a list.  Two points though:

 - Should the target group be French teachers or all French TeXmacs users?

 - A long time ago, we had such a mailing list, but it went inactive after
   a few months.  It is unclear to me whether this will happen again,
   but we can take the risk, of course...
