If you are looking for equivalents you can always try to create a LaTeX file with the construction you would like to have and then convert it to TeXmacs and see what it gives. This could give you hints on how to obtain the same effects.

but of course it's empty, forexample if i click on "edit the paquetage" nothing happens

so, my question : is itpossible to add a LaTeX package like thisone and how to proceed ?
