so, my question : is itpossible to add a LaTeX package like thisone and how to proceed ?

I do not know the answer to this question, but if your aim is to have shortcuts for Unicode symbols maybe it will be satisfactory defining your own macros.
For example (I do not know if there is a more "basic" method than this neither if this works always, but the idea could be correct :-) )
<assign|triasterisk|\<#2042\>>
(do "Copy from TeXmacs" to insert this into your preamble or in a package).
You need a bit of patience to seek out the symbols :-)
To insert a Unicode symbol in TeXmacs (and therefore in the body of the definition too) type \symbol, then press return, then the code for the Unicode, then return again.
