If there is no option for this goal in the menu ( I do not find one),
it is only possible to achieve this from the source code level. The
developers of the GUI part of Texmacs may know this, maybe it is also
a challenge for them.

i currently have no access to a texmacs installation, but i think in the paragraph menu there is an option "centered"
