I tried to post this to the TeXmacs list but for some reason it was
rejected. Anyway, this is how you would get the content in the center
of screen:
Perform the following in the menus:
Step 1:
Document --> Page --> Type --> Automatic
Step 2:
Document --> View --> Page layout --> Left margin --> 1cm (or choose
some other value of your choice).
Document --> View --> Page layout --> Right margin --> 1cm (or choose
some other value of your choice).
