As for me, I don't consider that harsh words are an absolute bad
thing, as soon as they allow some frank explanations that help
to see the things (all the more because on a mailing list, everything
tends to appear amplified, so "harsh words" appear bigger that they
are ; this is not a big deal, in fact).
