The difference is that if you call tmwin.exe from DOS,
you **should** have outputs printed in your DOS window,
like this :

or do you only have :

(in this latter case, perhaps some TeXmacs/Windows people could
tell us how is it possible to get the TeXmacs console outputs
under Windows, because we need those output to be able to
diagnose the bug).
