Right. I knew, but didn't state that. I'm just really tentative to
upgrade to a testing system. I've done it in the past and have
actually upgraded to unstable in the past, but I get annoyed with all
the package updates. Using unstable it seemed like there were 30
packages updates a day. I guess I just don't want to be bothered that
much, I'd rather just do my work.

I guess there's no way to change the texmacs->tetex dependency in
Etch, huh? That's why I said I would just use tetex until the next
stable release. As you've stated, tetex is sufficient for the what I
need so why worry about. Thanks for the info.
