On that note, a name ending with -scape might work here too. From
dictionary.com:

-scape:
a combining form extracted from landscape,
denoting “an extensive view, scenery,”
or “a picture or representation” of such a view,
as specified by the initial element:
cityscape; moonscape; seascape.

One of TeXmacs features is, after all, to display the end result of
your document *as you work on it*, sort of like a canvas supporting
the paint. Perhaps something along the lines of "Tekscape: the
technical writing compositor"?...
