Cork encoding. Notice that we prefer to wait for rather
complete translations before including the support for new languages.

There are many things to be done; search for czech in the sources and you
will see.
Anyway, if you provide me with a reasonably complete english-slovak.scm,
then I will take care of the rest.

Yes, in principle things should work out of the box after I do the necessary.
