Hi everybody,

I am trying to do a (very partial for the moment) Slovak translation of 
TeXmacs. I have copied the english-czech.scm, renamed it to 
english-slovak.scm and changed the words I need to use in my document. I have 
some questions:

1. What encoding is used for the files? I've tried to open the 
english-czech.scm using all reasonable encodings but the special characters 
are still displayed wrongly in my editor.

2. After creating english-slovak.scm what else one needs to to in order to 
make the new language appear in the texmacs Document->Language menu?

3. Will spellcheck on OS X work out of the box if I have the appropriate 
aspell dictionary installed? If not, what else do I have to do to enable 
spellchecking in the new language?
