It seems like pstricks, see Wikipedia for more about it. It is a
package for LaTeX. I do not know if someone has made a translation
for it. Maybe someone else might now.

I think there was something related to a plugin for pstricks... but
maybe someone else would remember.

See the texmacs-users mail list from September 18 2008 (quite old),
