Hi,

 it works for me (on a recent texmacs version). 

When you click on the root button on the toolbar it gives you the possibility to choose either the simple one or the multiple root. Alternatively in the Insert menu you should have a menu item with "N-th root". I do not know if it is present also in your version. Usually the version number is written on the status line at startup.

I use wintexmacs (the version is one year old, i don't even know the number of my version).

Anyone here knows something about a bug with the multiple root ?

J'ai besoin de taper une racine n-ième dans une formule or, mauvaise surprise : le bouton "racine n-ème" ne produit aucun effet... alors que le bouton "racine carrée" lui, marche parfaitement. Ca ressemble à un bug. Quelqu'un aurait-il constaté ce bug auparavant ?

 

A titre d'information : j'utilise une version de Texmacs (sous Windows) téléchargée il y a un an environ... je ne sais même plus son "numéro". Comment faire pour le savoir ? Il semblerait que le numéro de version ne soit pas accessible depuis les menus...
