I asked the LLM how to do it, and since it talked about pinning and I 
had already heard the word/concept, I trusted it.

To me it seems sensible, but since I don't know how pinning works, I 
don't know if it is correct or not. Perhaps it would be good a recipe 
from the developers or a modification to the TeXmacs repository so that 
apt sees the repository package as newer than the default Ubuntu package.
