    Hello everyone, 
    I installed texmacs on Ubuntu with apt, everything works fine,
    except for a problem with TexMacs not recognizing correctly the
    native kde-plasma scheme: I get a strange black background and icons
    appear only when hoovering on them with the mouse.
    I'm including a screenshot.
    Is this a known problem?

The apt issue on recent Ubuntu/Debian versions has been fixed. You can simply re-run the commands from https://www.texmacs.org/tmweb/download/linux-repos.en.html to resolve it.
