Sorry for the typo: the first parameter is the name of the image file.
When using 100% for width and height, the image will span over
the entire screen (in automatic page mode) or table cell.
The fourth parameter is a colour, which is recommended to be
the "average colour" for your image. It will be used for anti-aliasing.
