That is a common whish, but Joris keeps insisting that people
interested in release announcements subscribe to freshmeat[1] to
increase the popularity metric of the package.

If you are interested in more details, I try to maintain a more
detailed changelog on my website[2]. That is more geared towards
developpers, but that may be an interesting resources for users too.

Note: There is only the changelog 1.0.0.18-1.0.0.19 online now, but I
hope I will be able to finish the 1.0.0.19-1.0.0.20 changelog and go
on maintaining that resource over time.

That is a known problem[3][4]. Fix recommanded for TeX documents are not
directly applicable to texmacs. Currently, the only known workaround
is to export to LaTeX and then use pdflatex.
