Hello,

I've been using texmacs on linux with the latest version, which has a preamble section to include macros and assignments. It seems that 1.0.4 doesn't have this option (unfortunately this is the latest available version for OS X 10.2). How do I include the assignments?

For instance I'm trying to define:

<assign | | Table of Contents>

I put this at the start of the document and everything seems fine but the toc doesn't change.

Thanks,
Bob

Just as another aside. It seems that the <hide-preamble | > command is not available in this version.
