I don't have in mind the precise state of art of each version.
Version 1.0.4 is quite old, but I think that the table-of-contents-text
macro already existed. In order to be sure, type "\table-of-contents-text"
followed by return.

However, as a general rule, I have no time to maintain older versions.
Problems in previous versions are often fixed in newer ones,
so the best thing is to keep up with the latest stable releases.
