I didn't remember there was this "-RC2" there. OK, you have to edit one 
more line in that file. the "Source:" line. Remove the "-RC2" there, so 
that it reads

Source: mirror:custom:TeXmacs-%v-src.tar.gz

Then it should at least download. As I said, since I haven't tested 
this, I don't know if there will be later problems in the installation. 
But perhaps we can solve them together.
