Fix small typo in the answer:

$TEXMACS_HOME_PATH with underscore---I think, the whole $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH is an environment variable

so to change it at the level of a single document you can redefine the macro in your preamble. A more permanent redefinition (at the user level) is to copy that file into  $TEXMACS_HOME/PATH/packages/header/header-article.ts (create the directories if necessary) and modify it to suits you.

Note that if you want to support localization you have also to add correct translations of that sentence, see e.g. $TEXMACS_PATH/langs/natural/dic/english-dutch which contains

("this article has been written using" "dit artikel is geschreven met")
