Fix small typo in the answer:

A more permanent redefinition (at the user level) is to copy that file 
into  $TEXMACS_HOME_PATH/packages/header/header-article.ts

$TEXMACS_HOME_PATH with underscore---I think, the whole 
$TEXMACS_HOME_PATH is an environment variable
