That proves THERE IS a way to export TeX fonts to Type 2 PostScript fonts. I
have been told that recent releases of TeTeX featured much improved
conversion utilities. Actually that is worth a closer look.

Conversion through LaTeX is a kludge, not only because LaTeX export filters
are bad, and some TeXmacs constructs may be hard to translate to LaTeX, but
also because TeXmacs is simply better at typesetting than LaTeX for some
things.
