You are right Jack :

i tried myself to uninstall everything and then to install first MikTeX, and
second WinTeXmacs, but it never worked.

The important point was to remove the folder called ".texmacs", and i didn't
know that. Now everything is fine and i must say that i am very happy to have
a complete WinTeXmacs distribution !

So, i ask to the TeXmacs team : << please, put this information in the
manual, or in the "texmacs.org website", or somewhere else >>. And if this is
already made, shame on me, i must confess that i didn't get it !!

Dear Ansari
Thanks for your further advice. I have successfully install the
Texmacs in my laptop. You are right, the trick for the installation is
due to the installation order of mixtex and texmacs.
And uninstall application does not do the complete cleaning work.
I strongly recommend the developing team to add this information in
the installation document and FAQ part.
Anyway, I can fly on my thinkpad now.
