i did know the existence of a preambule

to share with others, ok, just regret that there not be a means to write it in some hypothtic TeXmacs' preambule instead of one doc's preambule

One can share this with others using a package, which you have to load in the document. I am going to write about it later. The package has the function of "TeXmacs general preamble".
