The problem is the following entry:

@Article{Oikawa1960,
author = {K\F4taro Oikawa},
title = {Sario's Lemma on Harmonic Functions},
journal = {Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society},
year = {1960},
volume = {11},
number = {3},
pages = {425-428},
owner = {crow},
timestamp = {2008.09.09},
}

which probably contains UTF-8 characters and confuses the procedure which
converts the bib file into a TeXmacs tree. Removing it seems fix the problem
locally (I didn't do a complete check so there may be more entries causing
further problems).

I will post a bug report for this. In the mean-time just modify the entry to
use TeX conventions for non-ASCII characters.

Best
Max
