It has already been ported... There is also a free
(Java based) X-Server called Weirdx that can work
pretty well with TeXmacs and so I think that a good
recompile should do...
As a matter of fact, a good installer (TeX, X Win,
and TeXmacs all-in-one) should make
it friendly enough.
